We provide services of project management in construction, services in the field of urban planning and technical customer. We work in the interests of owners of land plots, facilities and prospective investors.

At the primary (investment) stage of the project, when the customer requires a decision to purchase a land asset, we provide the following services:

Due diligence

•  technical audit of the land plot
• urban planning audit of the land plot

The result of these services is a report containing our professional opinion on the possibility of developing a land plot according to customer’s criteria. In addition, we develop a detailed "project map" - a list of the main activities, necessary to achieve the development objectives of the project.

We conduct activities in the development of urban planning documentation as a project manager (technical customer).

Provide the services:

• amendments to urban planning rules (PZZ)
• development and approvals of the territorial planning documentation (PPT)
• Urban Plan receipt (GPZU)

and other services

At stage "P", Andoga Development coordinates the design of project documentation, receives technical conditions, passes the expertise and receives a construction permit.

At the stage of "Construction" we organize construction control services "and provide project management services and technical customer.

For existing facilities, we provide services for changing the type of permitted use, obtaining permission for reconstruction, reconciliation of re-planning and other relative services.

All services are rendered by our company transparently and openly. At any time, the Customer understands the current status of the project.
