Andoga Development Company selects a company capable of performing the functions of general design of the concept of building a land plot with low-rise and individual housing construction in Novaya Moscow.
It is required to develop an urban-planning and / or architectural concept, with a view to submitting the draft for consideration by the City Commission and the City of Moscow.
Development of the concept of territory development, includes:
- development of proposals for the functional and planning organization of the territory on the basis of an analysis of the modern use of the territory, taking into account planning restrictions;
- calculation of project technical and economic indicators;
- development of proposals on the sequence of development and priority of development of the areas of the territory under consideration.
Requirements to the General Designer:
- experience in the implementation of urban planning concepts and / or PPT in Moscow (2015-2017)
- approvals of architectural and Urban-planning concepts at the GZK, AGR.
- development of the concept must be performed without subcontractors
- Location: Office in Moscow is required!
Approximate building parameters are not approved. Development of technical assignment is needed.
