Andoga Development Company has completed the project management work for the support of the consideration of the Customer’s proposals on changing the PZZ at the city planning committee of Moscow for a site with a total area of 1.4 hectares in New Moscow with the aim of making changes to the PZZ.
As a result of consideration, the commission agreed with the Customer’s proposals on changing the type of permitted use.
In terms of establishing the marginal parameters of development, the commission decided to establish the actual parameters of the use of the territory.
Materials were transferred to the subordinate institution of the Moskomarchitecture, to develop materials for public hearings.
Considering the above, the Company plans further work on the support of public hearings in order to establish the maximum parameters of development. Including building density - 3.4 thousand square meters. on 1 ha. Height - 17 m.
