The Andoga Development Company has completed the development of project materials for amending the PZZ for a land plot of 17 hectares in New Moscow. The project provides for construction of individual residential construction. The project proposes:
 
 
 
Establishing subzones of the territorial zone with the following parameters: types of permitted use - 2.1.0 (placement of an individual dwelling house; cultivation of fruit, berries, vegetables or other crops; placement of individual garages and ancillary facilities), 3.1.1 (placement of capital construction facilities in order to ensure natural persons and legal entities with public utilities, in particular: supply of water, heat, electricity, gas, provision of communication services, sewage disposal, cleaning, etc.), 3.1.3 (placement of buildings and omescheny for receiving physical and legal persons in connection with the provision of public services to them), 3.5.1.0 (allocation of capital construction projects intended for education, pre-school, primary and secondary education); 4.4.0 (placement of capital construction facilities intended for the sale of goods, the sales area of ​​which is up to 5000 sq. M), 5.1.3 (arrangement of sports and physical training grounds), 12.0.2 (placement of street-road facilities: driveways , squares, highways and pedestrian sidewalks, pedestrian crossings, bicycle paths)
 
 
 
For zone 2.1.0, the building density is 2.4 thousand square meters / ha, height is 15m, the build-up has not been established;
for zone 3.1.1, the building density is 4 thousand square meters / ha, height is 5 m, the build-up has not been established;
for zone 3.1.3, the building density is 4 thousand square meters / ha, height is 15m, the build-up has not been established;
for the zone 3.5.1.0, the building density is 10 thousand square meters / ha, height is 16 m, the building is not established;
for zone 4.4.0, the building density is 10 thousand square meters / ha, height is 15 m, the building is not installed;
for zone 5.1.3 the building density is 1 thousand square meters / ha, height is 5 m, the building is not established

The project materials are made in a volume sufficient for submission to the city commission on the issues of introducing amendments to the Moscow PZZ. These materials were developed in accordance with No. 457-PP dated 05/17/2018 “On approval of the Procedure for sending and considering proposals for amending land use and development rules for the city of Moscow”.
