Andoga Development Company conducted a town-planning audit of the land area of ​​57 hectares, located in the city of Podolsk, Moscow Region.
 
 
An urban-planning audit was required to determine the possibility of building a country house (cottage) village. Previously, the Company has already carried out work in this territory. It was required to clarify the status of the project.
 
 
 
According to the current PPZ, the territorial zone intended for horticulture and summer cottage farming is zone CX-2. It is necessary to change the urban planning documentation, namely, change the zone according to the Master Plan and the PPZ, with the establishment of a new zone - CX-2.
 
 
 
The draft Master Plan is being approved by the Federal Ministries. According to the project, the zone in question is included in the functional zone CX-2. After changing the zones for general lan and PZZ, it will be possible to change the type of permitted use for cottage construction.
 
 
 
It is necessary to accompany the project regarding the approval of the Master Plan in the current parameters.
