Andoga Development Company has completed the development of design materials for amending the PPZ for a land plot of 880 square meters located in the eastern administrative district of Moscow.
Changes in the PPZ were required to establish a new territorial zone by separating from the existing territorial zone with the establishment of changed types of permitted use.
Earlier, Andoga Development Company conducted a city-planning audit, which confirmed the fundamental possibility of making changes to the PPZ.
