Andoga Development Company has completed the development phase of the urban-planning concept as part of the urban-planning potential for the construction of a residential development project in Troitskoye region of New Moscow.
The concept assumes the construction of a land plot with low-rise construction.
The project provides for a ground-based, detached parking. On the territory there is an educational complex, which includes a pre-school educational institution and a secondary school. Also for residents are provided, sports club facility, Temple, sports ground, shopping center, public areas.
The project was carried out taking into account the promising norms of the RNGP. All buildings are united in urban blocks. Yards are free of vehicles.
Also, the project provides for the organization of the bus service of the territory by municipal transport.
