Andoga Development Company has completed an analysis of the possibility of organizing the transport connection of the Trade Center to the federal highway.
A shopping center with a total area of 6 thousand square meters. is located in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow Region. At the moment there is no possibility to enter the territory of the shopping center from the side of the federal highway of the III category.
In the course of the project, the following possibilities were explored:
- obtaining technical specifications in Rosavtodor
- formation of adjacent land plots, obtaining land use rights and changing the type of permitted use
- the volume of necessary design works was analyzed
- the possibility of linking the existing town planning documentation of the settlement with the project objectives was analyzed.
Based on the results of the audit, a detailed list of necessary measures was drawn up.
