Andoga Development Company has completed an analysis of the initial state of affairs for the project for the construction of an enterprise for the repair and maintenance of public and private vehicles with an administrative building (total area of about 2,000 sq.m.) in the city of Moscow, SAD.
Based on the results of the consultations, the following works were identified as necessary:
- obtaining technical conditions
- engineering surveys
- development of the AGR booklet and its approval
- development of project documentation for the "project" stage
- expertise of project documentation
- obtaining a building permit
Based on the results of the analysis, a scope of works was developed.
